I'm having an issue with one specific user that I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction on. When one specific owner of a team adds an assignment to a specific team they are able to do so and the assignment is added, but it doesn't appear in the posts section of the team. This user is an owner of the team. When other team owners add assignments to the same specific team they do appear in the posts section. When this same user adds an assignment to a different team, it does appear in the posts section. I have removed the user from the team, left it 24 hours, added her back, left it another 24 hours and still the same issue occurs. Is there something I am missing? We have a bookings site configured where the customer can't select an individual team member but is randomly assigned to an available team member. How does Bookings select the team member to assign? Is it random, is it alphabetically going to through the available team members and picking the first available team member or is there another algorithm behind this?4.9KViews2likes5CommentsMicrosoft Azure Automatic Grading Engine - Oct 2021 Update

Hi, We currently have a 4000+ device estate on Intune, mainly consisting of Samsung Android Devices. When we migrated our phones to Intune, we deployed Samsung Calendar as a "System App" to "All devices" from inside Intune as Samsung Knox has been set to hide all System Apps. We've now come to a point where we want to remove Samsung Calendar from all phones as the preferred option is to use Calendar from inside the Outlook app. However, we want to remove Samsung Calendar in a phased approach. The first part of this is pretty easy, we've created a removal group and assigned it to exclude devices from "Required" and include it under "Uninstall" - This ensures the devices we put inside the removal group will have Samsung Calendar removed and won't be included as part of "All devices" However, This won't stop new devices enrolling into Intune downloading Samsung Calendar as we've still got the "All devices" option under Required and we don't want to keep putting new devices into the removal group. I'm worried that if I remove "All devices" from the Required section, that it will uninstall Calendar from all existing devices (including the one's we've not put in the removal group yet), which makes our phased approach null and void - is this correct? I can't exactly risk trying it because by the time I find out, it will be too late. Any help and Advice would be great. Thank you.3.1KViews0likes1CommentAssignments unreachable in Teams for Education
I am an educator using Microsoft Teams with 28 of my classes + my staff. We all use accounts in our Microsoft 365 license. When preparing an assignment my screen disappeared and was replaced by a "Sorry, something went wrong. Correlation ID: ...". Since then, I cannot get into my assignments nor the other owners of the team nor my students... When clicking on the Assignment tab I always get the same message with different correlation ID's: "Sorry, something went wrong. Correlation ID: ...". The support couldn't help. Can you?3KViews0likes1CommentStudents viewing feedback before teacher hits "return"
Hi I have just tested the functionality and as some other people have identified, students can view feedback as and when teachers add comments or highlight the attached documents in an assignment. As a teacher, there are times when this is okay, but other times when it would make Teams unsuitable. When students submit exams or coursework teachers need the ability to edit and provide feedback within the document (by adding comments, or highlighting) in draft mode, before it is visible to the students. Since this has been an identified issue since 2018, as far as I can see from previous comments, I was hoping that there is a workaround or a setting that can be applied to achieve this. Please confirm. Best wishes, Gareth2.8KViews1like5CommentsAny logs about the changes of the assignments of the Teams user policies?
Is there any place where I can find log files about changes of the teams policies and assignments of these? From time to time there are assignment changes of policies to users and we'd like to find out who or which app initiates them. I don't see anything within the audit log / azure logs. I found this thread about using CASB?! (which unfortunately is not licensed in our company).1.5KViews0likes1CommentAssignment chat function
We've adopted to doing practice courses on my university, and one course decided to have a lot of assignments handed out. Once I, as a student, handed it in, and the teacher graded it and assigned a comment, I had no way of replying there, only in Chat. So if a teacher comments there to ask something that helps him to grade the assignment, I have no way to answer there, and it can lead to confusion, if you have to refer to chat.1.4KViews0likes1Comment
