Word crashing
Here's one for you Office gurus. I have a user that can open any document in Word without an issue - unless that document has a letterhead on it.
Nobody else has any issues opening the files with letterheads.
Thoughts???
You might want to have a look at this.
Is your letter head's document format matching your default document type?

Actually the problem was caused by 2 display drivers being enabled on the laptop. Once we disabled the 3D drivers all was well.
