Text alignment in table cell of word document
I have split my table cell into 4 subcells. The formating for each subcell is similar, the text is left top aligned. However, when the output is shown the text is shown with different alignment for each cell.
I have attached a screenshot of the output file.

Pranali I had a similar issue and the problem was that individual cells had different line spacing settings (these unfortunately do not show up as actual characters, but mess up text positions within cells)
For example, some of the cells in my table did not respond to text alignment buttons. I realized these had a "Space after paragraph" within them. I selected the entire table and chose "Remove space after paragraph". This resolved the issue. Hope someone will find this helpful. Turn on the display of nonprinting characters by clicking the ¶ button on the Home ribbon. Are there any characters above the entries in the cells that don't obey the top-left alignment? If so, delete them. (Such characters may have been in the data from which the table was built.)
If there are no extra characters, what happens if you select the entire row and reapply the top-left alignment?
