Mailings+create+envelopes
In Word365 in the mailings app the create/envelopes drop-down is greyed out. I am unable to open the envelopes function.

I am assuming that you mean the Mailings Tab and that you are using a desktop Word application. Is that correct?
Are you on a Mac or PC?
Is there a document open?
Does this happen with all documents?
What happens if you open Word in safe mode?
