I have uploaded a document (as it it not possible to upload templates) in which a header and footer and watermark have been inserted. If you are interested in a system that is really automated so that whenever a new document is created from a template that will contain the latest version of the text and images, contact me at the email address in the note that I inserted into the document.
Thank you Doug - incredibly helpful. Works well on my machine. Now all I need to do is to try and understand if I can replicate it on share point or one drive.
