I don't even know if I am in the right place but HELLLPPP! I cannot figure out why "distribute rows/columns evenly" is greyed out. It's for a beginning word processing class but I've been using office since I could reach the keyboard. I selected all 6 columns I want even, option is grey. I tried just 2, still grey. I am guessing it will end up being something simple that I keep missing but I need to get this done like yesterday. I appreciate anyone taking the time to help me out. Have a great night! 🙂

@justjenn Here, the command is never greyed out (disabled), but for any action to be taken, at least two adjacent cells in a row must be selected. If I don't have more than one cell selected, and I attempt to use the command, a message box appears advising "You must select multiple columns.
If you upload a copy of the document with which you have the issue, we will investigate the cause of that issue.
(Correction, the command is disabled if I select two non-adjacent cells)
