Content control restrictions based on value

Hey All,

Looking for a bit of guidance.

I'm creating a form on Word, & I'm wanting to prohibit a user from editing a content control field based on the value that a user inserts in another field (via Developer tools etc.). I'm not even sure if this is something that's possible through VB, & I've not found much info on how I would achieve this.

Any help greatly appreciated.

@Thingamygig Can you provide more details about the "other field" and what it would be that the user enters into it that you want to trigger the behavior.

Supplying a copy of the document\template via a sharing site would make it easier to provide assistance.
