    1. Check the display scaling settings: Right-click on your desktop and select “Display Settings”.
In the “Scaling and Layout” section, make sure the scaling is set to 100% or the recommended value for your monitor.
If the zoom is too high (e.g. 150% or higher), it may cause blurry text.
    2. Adjust Word's display settings: Open Microsoft Word and click “File” > “Options” > “Advanced”.
In the “Display” section, make sure the “Smooth screen fonts using sub-pixel positioning” option is checked.
If the problem persists, try unchecking the option.
    3. Update the graphics card driver: Open Device Manager and expand “Display Adapters”, right-click on the graphics card and select “Update Driver”.
Select “Automatically search for updated driver software”.
    4. Disable Hardware Graphics Acceleration: Open Microsoft Word, click “File” > “Options” > “Advanced”.
In the “Display” section, check “Disable hardware graphics acceleration”.
Restart Word and check if the text is clear.
    5. Update Microsoft Word: Open Microsoft Word and click “File” > “Account”.
Under Product Information, click Update Options > Update Now.
Make sure Word is the latest version.
6... Check your monitor resolution: Right-click on your desktop and select “Display Settings”.
In the “Display Resolution” section, make sure the resolution is set to the recommended value for your monitor.
    7. Try another font: If the problem only occurs with a specific font, try changing to another font (Arial, Calibri, etc.). Check for corrupted font files and reinstall the fonts if necessary.
    9. Repair Office installation: Open Control Panel > Programs and Features.
Find Microsoft Office, right-click and select “Change”.
Select the “Repair” option and wait for the repair process to complete.
    10. Check High DPI settings: Right-click on the Word shortcut and select “Properties”.
In the “Compatibility” tab, click “Change High DPI settings”.
Check “Replace high DPI scaling behavior” and select “Application” or “System”.
