Auto Align a break in a Line/Row

Hello. a little bit of a background, i am trying to make for myself a template for a practical report which i could then print out and fill out any changing/dynamic variables (like group or date)

is there any way i could make it so that word would auto align the part where information is inputted into and even have it so that when im typing out the information and it reaches the end of the page instead of it starting again in the beginning it automatically aligns itself

i also have the group list be made out of a text box, is that a good way to go about doing it or is there any better method to do it
