Dear Windows Servicing Team,
We are seeing this happening with different customers, someone else reported having the same issue when trying to import updates using MS Edge.
The root cause seems to be server-side

Hi,
What was the workaround?
The obvious would be to use another browser like IE...
Thanks in advance,

SolutionIt worked again later, without changes at the customer's end.
So, it was a temporary problem in the catalog. I have just repeated it and it works as designed. You do not have to use IE but can setup IE Mode in Edge.
I have posted instructions earlier in this post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-server-for-it-pro/how-to-import-out-of-band-updates-t...
Mind that despite this setup the error happened, but can confirm it is solved at the moment.
