Windows Firewall notification for blocked Outbound connections

Windows Firewall should have an option to display notifications to the user when a program is blocked from sending Outbound connections.

this is an important feature that Needs to be available.

Currently notification is available only for blocked Inbound connections. (although I've never seen any notifications from that category, ever).

Yes I agree , Firewall works in the background and it is good I do not want to notification me would be enough icon full readiness = it would give a sense of security to users = such I have an idea! Expanding as notifications should possibly be in the protection options Thank you very much
