It seems a temporary file. Please delete it and reboot the computer.
First and foremost, do not open the file. It could contain malware or other harmful content. Use your antivirus software to scan the file. Most antivirus programs allow you to right-click on a file and select an option to scan it for threats. If you don't have antivirus software, consider using Windows Defender, which is built into Windows 11.
Right-click on the file. Select "Scan with Microsoft Defender" to ensure the file is not malicious.

Move it to Trash and it is safe for doing so as it does not contain any data.
Uninstall it.
I hate this. This is a prank, once you open it, your computer will be eaten by it.
Check the File Name and Type:

Take a close look at the file name and its extension (e.g., .txt, .exe, .jpg). This can provide clues about its origin and purpose.

Scan for Malware:

Run a scan with your antivirus software to check for potentially harmful files. You can also use free tools like Malwarebytes for an additional scan.

Examine the File Properties:

Right-click on the file and select "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac). This may provide information about its origin, such as when it was created and modified.

Check Recent Downloads:

Consider whether you recently downloaded something or opened an email attachment that might have created the file.
