First and foremost, do not open the file. It could contain malware or other harmful content. Use your antivirus software to scan the file. Most antivirus programs allow you to right-click on a file and select an option to scan it for threats. If you don't have antivirus software, consider using Windows Defender, which is built into Windows 11.
