Credentials not recognized.

I'm logged into Azure, I'm logged into O365/M365, I can see my Windows 365 VM, and I can open it (Only in windows, not in the browser) but it fails authentication over and over again.

The ONLY thing I can think of is that we're using MFA for Azure and Office etc.  Am I just up a creek?

You should go see sign-in logs on Entra to see if its related to conditional access or MFA. The other thing could be related to the hardening you're doing on the machine, try to redeploy while excluding it from any security configuration and see if it works.
