Same for me here, the only difference is mine started, I believe, after the "Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.22623.1095) (KB5022364)" update. Although, it's definitely possible it started after 22h2 and I just didn't notice. Regardless, it indicates that something isn't quite right.
I enjoy participating in the insider preview program, but sometimes things like this really make me question my decision to do so. I hope this gets fixed soon.
