Windows 11 showing no internet when connected

the no internet is visible in the bottom right and in windows settings, also mcsf connect test fails every time

I wouldnt really mind if this was just a visual glitch but I can't download any windows updates or even log into websites like spotify because of this. It started happening out of nowhere after I reset my windows and yes I tried reinstalling drivers and resetting my network.

    Ensure Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) are checked and set to obtain IP and DNS automatically.

    www.msftconnecttest.com and www.msftncsi.com. If those connection attempts fail, Windows displays the "no internet" globe icon and blocks certain apps and services—including Windows Update, the Microsoft Store, and apps that rely on Windows' internet status check.

    Please run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.
