Different than Windows 10 the Windows 11 Notification Bar is not scrollable. You have to use the scroll-bar to go up and down. If you try to scroll the Notification Bar will close.
This makes the Notification Bar less easy to use. I got the feeling that this is a bug instead of a design choice.
