Windows 11 Display Settings Not Launching Problem
Good evening Community, Hoping this email finds you well. Just wanted to touch base with a problem I am having with a particular Windows 11 build that is currently running on an ASUS TUF Gaming FX50...
G'day Shawn, Thanks for following up on this - really appreciated. Yes indeed I did the registering of the settings app as well with the following steps;
1. Ensure the Windows Update Service has been started
2. Launched PowerShell in Administrator mode
3. Entered the command 'Get-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrolpanel* | Reset-AppxPackage' (without the quotes)
4 Rebooted and retried the Display Settings without success.

Since it does work while in Safe Mode, you could troubleshoot by performing a clean boot like in the tutorial below to see if it may ID a culprit.

I performed the clean boot as described within the guide you had posted. The Windows Display settings would still not launch. After reverting back I launched again in Safe mode and the settings worked, launching again logged on in a normal boot it stopped working. I guess I am at now step 9B in the guide right now. Any more suggestions would be most welcome.
Cheers- Well, you could see if doing a repair install of Windows 11 like in the tutorial below may fix it without losing anything.
