Windows 11 CPU running at 100% intel i5-8400

Hey, So i've got this issue for a while now, my processor is at 100% all the time on windows 11. I have an intel i5-8400, even if i close everything, even on background, it's still at 100, everyt...

    Microsoft admits Win11 file explorer performance bug, fix patch is being tested. This bug is causing CPU usage to be 100% and is related to Windows Explorer. You can reset the Windows Explorer via your task manager but the CPU usage may return.

None, built it myself, my motherboard is an msi and i've 16Gb ram, with this you've all infos on the computer.

Have you checked with the MSI support?
Try run scan with Microsoft Defender Offline:

Open start and search for memory and then run Windows Memory Diagnostic and see what the result is?
