Windows 11 Consuming Excessive RAM with ~15 GB Unexplained Usage.

Hello everyone. Recently, I've observed a significant increase in memory usage without a clear cause. Despite having 64 GB of RAM, approximately 15 GB remains unaccounted for, which became apparent when Star Citizen alerted me about insufficient free memory.

The memory consumption has escalated to the point where I had to restart my computer to manage it. I suspect this unusual behavior could be linked to the new recording feature in Windows 11, but I'm not entirely sure.

Do you have any insights or suggestions on how to monitor background activities effectively through software tools?
