Windows 11 computers occasionally have black screens
My Windows screen will go completely black and unresponsive. It's like the computer is stuck or frozen, but it's not shutting down or restarting. The keyboard and mouse don't work, and I can't even get to the login screen. Sometimes I have to wait for a few minutes, and then the screen will flicker back to life and everything will be normal again. But other times, I have to restart my computer manually.
What's wrong?

Look for events with a severity level of "Error" or "Critical".
