I'm reaching out for the first time on this platform, and I am grateful in advance for any assistance you can offer. I am currently using the Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview OS, specifically build 22543.1000.
I am encountering an issue where a black screen, along with a mouse cursor in the top left corner, persists for over 10 seconds before the Windows login screen finally appears. After troubleshooting by disconnecting all USB devices, I've isolated the problem to an Imation 500GB USB 3.0 hard drive. Removing this hard drive significantly reduces the boot time.
Despite attempting to format the hard drive, the issue persists. Additionally, I've followed your advice to conduct a FarBar scan, and have attached a copy of the log for your reference.
Any suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.
