Turn off the "Wake up with PIN" option in Windows Settings, then remove the PIN requirement in Power Settings in the Control Panel, if that doesn't work, check Group Policy and Local Security Policy, or reset the PIN. If that doesn't work, check the group policy and local security policy, or reset the PIN. lastly, if the problem persists, try restoring the system to pre-update.

If I remove the PIN requirement, it asks me to sign in with my password instead. It still asks me to sign in every.bloody.time it wakes up.
I was able to find an option under power settings that says 'Change execution to allow local power shell scripts to run without signing' and have clicked tht option. Will see if that helps. Edit: no, it didn't.
Group Policy and Local Security Policy sounds like they would only apply to a work situation with multiple computers. This is my home computer - I am retired. If those options DO apply, I have no idea how to find them.
