Weird Behavior when upgrading to Win 11 Pro

So I purchased a new laptop that shipped with Windows 11 home, got it set up and fully updated.  To my surprise I had the new start menu.  I thought that was pretty cool.  Then I had purchased a key for Windows 11 Pro, went through the paces, when I rebooted my system, now I have the OLD start menu back.  When is the new Start menu going to be released for all releases of Windows 11
