I need some help with a recurring issue while trying to edit a text file. Every time I open a text file, it displays previous history. I've attempted to modify the settings to no avail. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Attached are some screenshots.

If the text file itself is configured incorrectly, it might lead to unusual behavior. Right-click on the text file, go to "Properties," and check for any unusual settings or restrictions. Ensure it's set to "Read-Only" if you want it to stay unchanged.
