Themed UI elements not in aero.msstyles

I chose Windows 11 for this post because it was the most relevant option, though this mainly applies to Windows Vista/7 (don't ask). I was using Resource Hacker to view the aero.msstyles files from Windows Vista and 7 in search of the PNG of the button appearance of a hovered toolbar button, but it wasn't there. I checked other files, basebrd.dll, shellbrd.dll, imageres.dll, shell32.dll,, even Snipping Tool.exe, and it wasn't there. Where is it located?

Also, I noticed that the buttons for selecting files in File Explorer (in these operating systems, Windows Explorer) wasn't there either.
