The Screen Flickers at 120Hz, But Works Perfectly at 119.97Hz

when I adjust the refresh rate slightly to 119.97Hz, the flickering stops completely and the display works perfectly. This inconsistency makes it difficult to use the higher refresh rate for smoother visuals, especially in gaming or video editing. I have already tried updating my graphics drivers, adjusting display settings, and resetting monitor configurations, but the problem persists only at exactly 120Hz.
