Taskbar date order solution.

I have been seeing a lot of people upgrading to windows 11 and not knowing how to change the date order, so here is the fix:

Open search and type in "region" and hit enter; it should open up a window, then change your format to your language and region by hitting the dropdown menu for formats; for the United States, do "English (United States)" then hit apply and then hit ok.
