Several places have visual artifacts when you scroll, including notepad.

I first noticed it when I tried to use a 3rd party program that had a window with a scrollbar. When I scroll, half of the window would not update, leaving whatever was there previously. This same thing happens when using several text editors, such as the Windows app Notepad. No clue how to fix this. I'm using Windows 11 with an NVIDIA graphics card and an intel I7.
