"Windows 11 User Icon Resembles a Standard Folder"

Hey there! I need some help with the desktop icons on my computer.

To address this issue, go to Settings and navigate to Personalization, then Themes, and finally Desktop icon settings.

Even though I've pinned a user icon to my desktop, it appears as a regular folder. Interestingly, this issue only occurs on my computer. I've formatted several other computers, and after the process, the user icon shows up correctly. However, on my PC, it still appears as a regular folder.

When I press Ctrl + on the icon, it temporarily changes to a user icon, but I prefer not to do this constantly.
