Quick way to access quick setting in full screen mode

How to quickly bring up Quick setting menu in full screen mode? I use SP7 and if I detected the keyboard it seems there is no way to easily adjust the screen brightness (and access to other things in quick settings) unless I exit full screen.

 

Swipe from right edge of the screen doesn't work ( it did in Win10)

    I'm struggling on my ThinkPad Yoga with the same issue. It's really annoying to not be able to change the volume in a quick and convenient way while watching movies.
    I would love to be able to change the newsfeed access (which I personally don't need) to the quick settings.
