Program list andtaskbar icons not movable.

Hi, Just curious if there is a way to move or delete the icons in the programs list of the start menu, or the icons in the taskbar, and taskbar overflow areas, that microsoft in their infinite wisdom seem to have made un-moveable or un-deletable? I am not talking about the icons I put in their I mean the ones that come with microsoft installation of the windows 11. The icon of the networking and sound are stuck in the taskbar, and there are many that are stuck in the program list of the start menu that are also stuck.

I have just found out that the taskbar move w/Eighteen items will not allow me to move the last item. That's that a (thumbnail/icons last on the taskbar) will not move to the 'left'!

Consider using third-party Start menu replacements like Start10, Classic Shell, or Start Menu X, which allow you to customize and move icons around.

    1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Type "Taskkill /f /im shellExperienceHost.exe" and press Enter.
    3. Wait for the process to stop, then restart it by typing "shellExperienceHost.exe" in the Run dialog box and pressing Enter.
    4. This should refresh the Taskbar and allow you to move the icons.
