Problem updating system and Phone Link app

I'm trying to get the KB5023706 (OS Build 22621.1413) update, but it hasn't appeared since yesterday when the update was supposed to be launched, and I am not sure why. I am also not sure if this update will automatically update the Phone Link app, or if I will have to download the update manually because the update for the app is also not appearing in the Microsoft Store. I'm not sure if the update is available to Windows 11 Home users, or if it has been released in my area (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) yet, but any fixes that don't include anything like a factory reset or opening up the laptop would be greatly appreciated.

Are you checking Windows Update?
Have you checked Microsoft Store?
If there is no update, either it is not applicable or it is not deployed yet.
I've just realized, while I was checking the model's info, I could see which build my computer had, turns out I have the update installed. My bad! :grinning_face_with_sweat:
