Print jobs occasionally do not appear in active print queue on Windows 11

We have encountered a persistent problem with print job visibility in the print queue on Windows 11 computers. Despite observing active jobs in the print server, they inexplicably vanish from the Windows 11 PCs before reappearing after some time. In contrast, a Windows 10 desktop displayed no such issue.
