Inconsistent taskbar color

I've noticed something odd.

When the autohide taskbar is disabled, the taskbar color remains static (complementing the desktop wallpaper).

When the autohide taskbar is enabled, the taskbar changes color dynamically, complementing the window that is currently open.

I think Microsoft should fix this or add an option to enable dynamic taskbar colour when changing windows.
