To take a screenshot on Windows, press Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool, select the area you want, and it’ll be copied to your clipboard. I got mine from 9xkey, works great—genuine Windows 11 Pro activation, safe and secure with legit retail keys, protecting your PC from potential viruses and ensuring long-term reliability!

I don't need a screenshot of my problem. I have been trying to buy credits to play computer games but the Microsoft form will not give me the option to select my State, which is Victoria. I have reported this problem many times over the past few days but the problem remains.

rahulkhorwal I am really inept at computers.I want to take a screenshot but don't have any key on my keyboard which indicates this. Can anyone please help?

Iceni_777 you could maybe try shift+windows key+S in that respective order. Do not press them at the same time and keep the previous key down when pressing the next one. After that you can select the part of the screen you want to screenshot and then in order to save it you need to click on the notification that will pop up. The notification will open a new tab and then you have to manually save it. I hope this helped!
- Bab-3l-BoyCopper Contributorgo to search bar, type "snipping tool". It's going to change your life.
- bestbreadmakerstCopper ContributorThank you for the instructions, I have one more computer trick!
- Paxman_MatthewCopper ContributorPress PrtScn: This key captures the entire screen and copies it to the clipboard. You can paste it into an image editor like Paint or a document by pressing Ctrl + V.
- Melody_TaiCopper ContributorI like Snipping Tool, but Snipping Tool is missing on my work computer. I have no idea why. I tried a few fixes but nothing worked. I have to use a third-party tool to take screenshots.
- Zigurd2175Copper ContributorIf you don't have Snipping Tool, you can use the Snip & Sketch on Windows 10 and 11.

My question is am I able to change the format the screenshot is saved in? the ones I take save as .png and that's not useful for my purposes.
