Method 1: Run Window
To open the Run window, press Windows+R, then type "taskmgr", and then click "OK" or hit Enter. Task Manager will open up.

I see that with 22H2, Build 22621.1413, you can right mouse click on the task bar again to start Task Manager. With the previous versions you could already right mouse click on the windows icon to start Task Manager.
Sup, @ammarjaved , just right click on the taskbar and go to Task manager
