1. Press Win + R, type "regedit", and press Enter to launch the Registry Editor.
2. On the left side of the Registry Editor, browse to HKEY LOCAL MACHINE > SYSTEM > Setup > MoSetup.

3. Select New > DWORD (32-bit) value by left-clicking on the MoSetup key. "AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU" is the name you should give it.
4. Double-click the newly formed entity, type 1 into the Value Data box, then click OK.
