How do I turn task bar labels on in Windows 11?
I just upgraded to Windows 11 after getting nagged by Windows 10 to do so for months, and now I don't have labels on the task bar telling me the titles of the windows that I have open.
I read that Windows 11 was designed to improve productivity, but now I need to spend time moving my mouse and hovering over icons on the task bar rather than just moving my eyes to see what the name of the window is. This is infuriating.
Furthermore, now when I try to help people who are not technically savvy it will be infinitely harder to describe to them over the phone what to click on.
Please, if I wanted a Mac, I would buy a Mac. I do not. Stop copying them. Thanks!

Hello,
Microsoft added the ability to combine taskbar buttons on Windows 11, since build 23466.You can refer this guide to configure the settings:

It works when you hold the mouse over the icon.

Thanks I changed it. It did not help but thank you for trying.
There is 3rd party software for this I will try instead.
