Error in nCache Hierarchy Structure

Recently, I assembled a new PC approximately two weeks ago, which has been running smoothly until today. The problem arose when I attempted to play BeamNG for the first time on this PC. Every time I play, it crashes and causes a reboot after about 5 minutes of gameplay, accompanied by the following error message in the event viewer:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core

Error Source: Machine Check Exception

Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error

Processor APIC ID: 0

Despite my attempts to troubleshoot the issue by disabling Core Performance Boost and Global C State Control in the BIOS, performing a clean uninstall of GPU drivers and AMD Chipset drivers using DDU, and updating the BIOS on my motherboard, the problem persists. Even though my CPU temperature remains below 55 degrees Celsius, ruling out any overheating concerns according to data from MSI Afterburner overlay. This issue seems isolated to BeamNG as other games run without any problems. Notably, the APIC ID changes in other games.

My PC specifications are as follows: Windows 11 23H2, Ryzen 5 5600 processor, 32GB (2x16) DDR4 3200 RAM, AsRock b450m AC R2.0 motherboard, RX 6700 XT graphics card, and MSI Mag A650BN power supply unit. I'm wondering if there are any software solutions to this issue, or if I should consider contacting support for a potential CPU replacement. Could this possibly be a power supply problem? Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
