email unable to forward or reply
the past few days i have noticed in my hotmail that i am unable to forward or reply to emails
the arrows on right corner are gone ( greyed out) and the 3 dots to the side of that at top is greyed out also ( option to reply , forward )
in 2 browsers i experience this edge and firefox
some how the option has disappeared

Wondering which way are you accessing your Hotmail Account?
Is it via the Outlook 365 App or the Windows Mail App or the Outlook Preview or via the browser?
As well, are you able to take a sreencapture of the affected area and crop it to hide any personal information?

thank you for the help, i have been having this issue now for over a week, on 2 different devices, 2 different borswer ( on each device) using edge and firefox browser
never had this issue before ( going back to windows 98) seems a server issue on micosofts side my only conclusion or likely thing cant find anything else on this matter to suggest anything to do on my end
2 devices same issue?
as is stated in the emails at top right where the blue arrows are to reply or forward are gone ( greyed out) nothing happens if i click on them, the 3 dots next to it for more options the top where it also has forward or reply ( other options below) is also greyed out
