Direct X12 Ultimate not enabled on Windows 11

Hi, I've discovered that the DX 12 Ultimate is not enabled on my PC even though it shows I have it on my PC. and all my drivers are up to date.

Your Board aren't DX12 Ultimate ready. Nvidia support DX12 Ultimate with RTX series
