C drive taking up space

I am using windows 11.I have a nvme drive.when i install an game on d drive or playing games the c drive takes space for no reason.I have done disk cleanup,removed update old files,deleted temp files.But only little space gained

 But after restarting laptop i gain those lost space again.But not all the lost space.Sometimes after day or two the lost space is gaind and disk space is back to normal.I am  using avast antivirus.I am pretty sure there are no viruses.

By the way i have iris xe igpu.
