Business Windows 10 Pro oem upgrade to windows 11 pro

I seen information it is allowed to upgrade windows 10 pro to windows 11 pro.

My question is and it might be stupid, we do purchase business Dell laptops to the company with built in windows 10 pro oem which we then connect to our domain. Are we within the scope of upgrading from Windows 10 Pro OEM to Windows 11 Pro without needing to buy a upgrade license?

According to Microsoft's official documentation, Windows 11 is a free upgrade for eligible Windows 10 devices. If your Dell laptops meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11, you should be able to upgrade from Windows 10 Pro OEM to Windows 11 Pro without needing to purchase an upgrade license.
However, it's always a good idea to double-check with Microsoft or your IT department to ensure that your specific devices are eligible for the free upgrade.

    Hello kone99.

As far as I know, in case of an OEM license, the notebook's manufacturer (or the dealer) should provide you with the necessary licensing support.

    Bye.
