bluetooth audio glitch after some time

In this new era of Bluetooth audio. I am using wireless audio headphones, which can connect simultaneously with my Windows 11 laptop and phone at the same time.

Now I am watching a movie after a certain time it starts glitching. To verify if it is a headphone issue or Windows, i played audio on the phone which is connected to the same headset, it worked perfectly fine.  

Then i ran the commands 

net stop bthserv
net start bthserv

After that, the audio was completely gone. So I pressed output devices troubleshoot. Funny enough, the audio keeps coming until the troubleshooting window is open, as soon as I press finish, the audio goes away. 

Kindly kelp. I dont want to restart laptop every time issue happens.
