Blue Screen Error Occurs After Specific Realtek Update on Windows 11
Hello there,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
It appears that your device is currently facing a problem with the infamous blue screen of death.
The issue you're encountering might stem from a compatibility clash.
A potential reason could be that the driver is incompatible with your system, causing the device to struggle with the driver file or fail to validate the digital signature.
To tackle this, it's crucial to have access to a functional Windows desktop environment, like the regular or safe mode, for effective troubleshooting.
In the event that your device cannot boot into any of these modes, you might have to consider creating Windows installation media using another device.
This will facilitate data backup or deletion of specific files through external Windows installation media.
The Media Creation Tool is commonly suggested for crafting installation media efficiently.
While this tool is user-friendly, it does come with certain limitations dictated by specific Windows API protocols.
For a more streamlined and feature-rich alternative, you can explore similar preinstallation environment applications online.
In this thread, community members have discussed various tools that could be of relevance, though Microsoft cannot vouch for or take responsibility for third-party sites or their technology support.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Warm regards,
