Windows patches (KB4011698 and KB5001954) causes fatal error for Sharepoint Apps.

I installed KB4011698 and KB5001954. Then, my application bases on SharePoint displays this error.

The DataSourceID of 'TopNavigationMenu' must be the ID of a control of type IHierarchicalDataSource.  A control with ID 'topSiteMap' could not be found.
