Windows Media Tool Crashing
My windows 8.1 laptop crashes every time i load the media creation tool. I even tried flashing through usb flash drive .It only loads in safe mode but It shows cannot install in safe mode .Which makes it annoying .I also have windows 10 license which i had bought .Please fix this. Also my laptop supports windows 10 in terms of specs .Even When I check the manufacturers site (Toshiba) ,It shows that this laptop supports windows 10 .This laptop even has a genuine License .Also all the drivers are updated .I run it as administrator .I also tried booting from the flash drive .Whenever I open the media creation tool from usb or directly the laptop crashes and it shows the blue screen of death and says search for system_service_exception after restarting .The blue screen does not show if i open it in safe mode .But i can't install windows 10 in safe mode. My laptop seriously needs a upgrade to windows 10 because of the work i do. Please fix this as soon as possible or give me a working solution .Also thanks a lot in advance .

If you want to still go with upgrade, simply download Windows 10 ISO file and refer this step-by-step guide:https://www.kapilarya.com/how-to-upgrade-to-windows-10-using-iso-file
Else, you can create a bootable USB with Windows 10 ISO file using any tool (search web, you'll got many tools on this). And then perform clean install:I recommend you to backup your important data before upgrade or clean install.
