Analyze and detect drivers from this page:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk/product-support/product/inspiron-15-3585-laptop/drivers

All the drivers are upto date
its showing "No driver updates found. Your system has the most recent updates"

Fine @Roopi123 but a brand new pc should perform perfectly.
Contact Dell support or the seller and ask for assistance.

Hello @Roopi123,
Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:
1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.
2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.
4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.
If issue still persists, perform clean boot:

Hope this helps!

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

If the system was purchased brand new, I wouldn't mess around with suggestions that may or may not work, from here.
This issue could be anything from faulty power supply/ram, video card or motherboard component to just to many background program running all at once.
Even if you boot into safe mode and it all works fine it may still be a hardwrae issue as safe mode uses generic drivers that have no functionality to use more complicated functions of hardware - especially in the case of graphics cards, plus the power requirements in safe mode are reduce because of what I just said about drivers.
If it were me (over 20 years experience as a PC technician for private individuals and corporations) I would immediately pick up the phone and call Dell support. That's what they are their for. Backup all you documents and data before calling them.

Hi @Roopi123
If there are files in this folder, compress the files and share the link.
c:\windows\minidump\
Also extract the Aida64 HTML report and share it together.
