Windows 10 - keep using this app is not working, just keeps prompting

hi,&nbsp;Updated to win 10 2004, and trying to open a link but Windows 10 keep using this app is not working, it just keeps prompting and does not open the app.&nbsp;&nbsp;any known fix?&nbsp;thanks

Let say, if you select to open it with Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer, will that work?

Are they in email or in websites?
Let say you click to open link and click open it with Internet Explorer, what will happens? Will it opens or it shows any error?

hello, link is in email. when you click, no error, link just won't open in browser and the "how do you want to open this" window just prompts repeatedly.
